Someone save me..

I have officially got into the unemployed/uneducated routine of sleeping till tea time, staying up till 6 and doing nothing but watching chick flicks and sex and the city..

weddings and holidays.

This may be the best week this year. I have a wedding on Saturday and next Wednesdays I'm jetting off to Turkey. So after months and months of searching for the right dress I finally found the (real) right one. There were many, bumps on the road. I firstly fell in love with a cream dress from french connection, and boy it was gorgeous. It had beading on each of the shoulders, unfortunately the only size that would fit me puckered at the zip.. so I couldn't wear that. Then, there was the grey coast strapless, sadly coast doesn't seem to cater to the 5'0 people. Then, while window shopping on a day out I found the one. In warehouse.

An amazing nude and navy striped fitted gladiator dress.

Teaming it with navy patent heels, clutch and a navy blazer.

Oh, and of course a pair of aviators.

I'm so excited, if I ever get married ill wear Monique lhuillier and dance to 50s' blues.

Anyway on Wednesday ill be up at the crack of dawn and off to turkey. I'm most excited about duty free at the airport, I get my chanel foundation and ysl lipstick on the cheap haha. Also I love sipping my skinny latte and watching the planes taking off. Just the whole airport experience is as exciting as the holiday. It's the place where your holiday starts. Where your giddy, happy feeling kicks in. Well after you've been through check in and went though the metal detectors and that. I always get dead scared going through them, like in case I've left anything that shouldn't be there in my bags.

This week.

Has been rather splendid. Went to go see Sex and The City 2 last night, and boy, was I impressed. The clothes were to die for! The only thing that annoys me, is that Miranda is completely different from the show! She dresses more like a cross between Carrie and Samantha than Miranda.. Ohwell, The film was still really good.

Had a nice chilled even tonight, went down the west end for dinner with my Dad, had a gorgeous indian. Strictly seafood though, as apart of my healthy eating plan.

Finally, I am home watching Funny Face, gorging on grapes and updating this.

J'adore River Island shoes

I just bought these gorgeous shoes from River Island today, and boy, I am in loooove. They are so comfy and go with everything. I was going to get clogs, but with my ' 5'0, size 6' frame unfortunatly they looked far too big for my body, so I got these mules instead. Best forty quid i've spent in a long time.

The one thing I love most about making clothes is that you can change the style of it slighty and make it completely origional. You can keep the pattern afterwards and make the same thing in different fabric.

Hey there.

Three days till the end of my high school years to go. You would expect me to be sad but my time there is coming to an end and I'm ready. I start college after summer for Fashion Technology, I have never been so excited. Ill be off at the land of other teenage fashion lovers.
My school friends bore me and my friends I meet up with the week end are only a way to fill my weekends. You see, I am a lot different from people I socialise with. I dreams, goals for life and I have always wanted to do fashion design, no matter what it took. Whereas the people I know as my friends, don't know what they want to do. They spend days on end of the summer holidays drinking and taking drugs. I stand by, I think, if they get caught there whole life will change. Drug charges, Trials, for that little high, they could end up working in temp jobs all there life. They can't travel. I don't know whether I'm being silly or I'm the strangest teenager alive. All I know is, I'm not up for a 'skins' lifestyle. I'm gonna go places and no one will drag me down. That's for sure.
Anyway I'm sitting here on a Tuesday night, old episodes of 'The Hills' on the telly, a cup of coffee and my new blog. Hopefully a place for me to share my most intimate details and uninteresting thoughts in a completely anonymous manor. After all, its lovely meet someone you click with. It happened once for me, my best friend. We click.
I may bore you to tears or I might be someone who you can relate to. Lets hope for the second one.
So here are some facts about moi. I love to travel and have been many places across the globe. My top three New York, Paris and Anise. I have the oddest, most varied music taste but my favourites are Bruce Springsteen, Rep Speedwagon and Leonard Cohen. I live off caffeine, cigarettes and steak. I am a shopping addict and tweet about my whole life. I love the gym and nothing makes me more happy going traveling. I buy far to may magazines. If I could be one person for a day it would be Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, you see I'm just over 5'0 it would be nice to be tall for a day. My favourite bag is a patent Chanel one. My phone and my iPod keep me going. Im terrible at spelling and have to spell check everrrrrything.
